THE PROPHET OF MERCY
Surah 21:107 And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds.
In Elsirah Alnabaweyah according Ibn Hisham conflict Bany Farasah (Explaining Saheh Boukhari by Fath Elbari, page 570). There was an aged, honourable woman called Om Kerfah, who did not believe the message of the Prophet and was speaking badly of him. Then the prophet sent a bunch of soldiers to fetch her and tied each of her legs to a camel and pushed the camels in opposite directions until she was torn into two.
By contrast, the Lord Jesus during his ministry, despite being accused of being mad, a Samaritan, possessed with a devil and a deceiver, did not take revenge nor defend himself.
According to the book Wives of the Messenger by Dr Bent Elshatee, when the Prophet made war against the Jews of Kheber, he took captive a newly-wed woman called Safiah Bent Hoyay and took her to be his wife the very day after her husband, father, brothers and uncle were killed, without giving her time to mourn nor verify that she was not pregnant. Is this a Merciful Messenger?
